Dr. Derek Hayes is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, and the Pennyrile Dental Association. 

Life & Hobbies 

Dr. Derek Hayes grew up in Kentucky and married his High School Sweetheart. They have one daughter and a chocolate lab. In his free time, Dr. Hayes enjoys cooking, traveling, music, sports, and any new experiences that he can use to gain knowledge and better himself.
